In the occupied streets of Paris, the factories came back to life, belching out smog and darkness. Amidst the conscription orders, a doctor with a questionable reputation was sought after by the French. He had no qualms about deceiving the Nazis and had a deep longing for freedom. When the conscription notices arrived, many envelopes were returned, claiming disability and exemption from forced work. Particularly in the Jewish Quarter, residents found themselves spared from labor and scrutiny. Whispers spread about the doctor's involvement in the underground resistance and espionage.

As people began to disappear, the Jewish community took notice. The missing individuals had put their affairs in order, withdrawn money, and vanished without a trace. The French police made no effort to investigate, and the Gestapo were occupied with other matters. The Jews themselves followed the trail, determined to escape the impending danger.

Valentin, marked by the Nazis, sought refuge with the doctor. He arrived at the doctor's door, desperate to leave France. The doctor quickly understood Valentin's situation and gathered necessary documents and medicine for his escape to Argentina. Valentin, eager to pay any cost for survival, prepared to embark on a new life. However, a sinister twist awaited him. After expressing his gratitude to the doctor, Valentin received an injection that swiftly paralyzed and killed him.

The doctor, unremorseful, looted Valentin's belongings and coldly planned his dismemberment. Valentin's consciousness lingered until the horrifying moment the doctor, wielding a bone saw, smiled with sadistic delight.
